In order to identify the best labor dynasties and production workers, foster among young people a respectful attitude towards work, and preserve and develop labor traditions, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan annually holds the Republican Contest “Enbek Zholy”.
This year, 8 applications were submitted from participants representing the city of Karaganda to take part in the contest (5 in the category “Best Mentor for Working Youth” and 3 in the category “Best Young Production Worker”).
Following the meeting of the City Contest Commission to determine the winners of the Republican Contest “Enbek Zholy” in the city of Karaganda, the following participants advanced to the regional stage of the contest:
“Best Mentor for Working Youth”:
- Alena Viktorovna Syskina – educational psychologist at the Municipal State Institution “Gymnasium No. 3”.
“Best Young Production Worker”:
- Aydyn Zhaksylyk Zhaksylykuly – electric locomotive driver at the Akadyr Turnaround Depot of the Karaganda Operational Locomotive Depot, a branch of “KTZ – Freight Transportation” LLP – “Karaganda”.
