The deadline for individuals to pay property tax for 2025 expires on October 1, 2026. Property tax is paid by owners of apartments, houses, summer cottages, garages, parking spaces, and other structures. The tax amount is displayed in: The eSalyk Azamat app under the "Upcoming Payments" section; ALSEKO utility bill receipts; Bank mobile apps under the government services and payments section. Payments can be made online via bank mobile apps or in person at bank branches. Tax exemptions up to 1,000 times and 1,500 times the Monthly Calculation Index (MCI) are available for veterans, persons with disabilities, mothers with large families, and retirees living alone. Orphans and children under 18 left without parental care are fully exempt.
