Since the beginning of 2026, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" has conducted training for residents of rural communities on how to obtain government services and use digital services. Over the course of six weeks, more than 18,000 citizens from various regions of the country have completed the training.
As part of the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the initiative aims to improve digital literacy among the population, expand the accessibility of government services, and develop skills for independently accessing them online. The highest participation rates were recorded in the Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, and Almaty regions.
The training was conducted by specialists from the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in rural districts and communities across the country.
Furthermore, since the beginning of this year, approximately 5,000 citizens have completed training in regional centers with the participation of the Tanym corporate training center. During the training, citizens learned how to obtain government services online, as well as the basic tools and capabilities of the state's digital infrastructure.
As a reminder, training classes are available in every regional center of the country for citizens who wish to receive free training on how to use electronic government services and modern online tools. Classes are held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
